I recently purchased a condo in North Myrtle Beach and Saturday June 11th was the first time we had stayed there. Well when I removed the mattress pad the mattress was gross! So I googled Mattress North Myrtle Beach and found Mattress Experts. We went straight there around 3:00 pm and talked with Brian and he give me a great price on 2 mattress sets and delivered them before 7:00 pm (and removed the old sets as well) the same day even though he was there alone and had tickets to a concert!! At Mattress Experts i didn't feel like i was dealing with a car salesman who wouldn't let me speak like the other dealers i visited that day.
The service was great, they set everything up and hauled off my old bed.

Brian, listens, asks questions, and then shows you exactly what you have asked for. Not only that he shows you 2 or 3 choices of what you have asked for and lets you make up your own mind after he “educates” you on the properties of each choice.
Polite, professional and very courteous. Delivery was perfectly on time when he said it would be and he and Eric set up the entire bed for me all ready to make with my new linens and await a good night’s sleep.
All this and well within my budget. What more can anyone ask for????

What a helpful and knowledgeable person, Brian is. Recently, had major back surgery, and not getting any good sleep. Brian educated me about how adjustable beds with a foam mattress and or a hybrid would help with the pressure in my back, and being able to adjust my head and feet to my zero gravity position would give me better quality sleep. The very first night of sleeping on my new bed, after Brian and his staff delivered and set my bed up, was unbelievable. Slept all night, uninterrupted and woke up revived, and feeling the best I've felt in a long time. I highly recommend letting Brian help you with your selections. Brian gave us an amazing experience when buying new mattresses for our Condo! We upgraded from a Queen to a King in the master bedroom and replaced a Queen set in our guest room. He provided us with mattress pads that are water resistant and don't allow the sheets to crawl all over the mattress as you turn over in the bed. The selection of mattress sets, pads and pillows is tremendous at his store and he carries all major brands. Disposable Pillow covers are provided for sanitary "test rests" and we were not at all rushed while selecting our two sets. Delivery was free and no effort was required on our part! They even offered to vacuum before placing our new purchases!
We ALWAYS try to shop local and independent, so we are thrilled to have Mattress Experts SC in North Myrtle Beach. The service, selection and pricing are our reward, especially with this store! read more

Glad we went here after shopping around other places for our new Tempur-Pedic Cloud Supreme Breeze Adjustable King bed! We have had a Tempur-Pedic before but they are way nicer now. Had to go a couple months without one, and could not wait to get another one. Mattress Experts was easily our choice after shopping and talking to Brian about what he could do for us. They have other nice brands and options too, but we knew what we wanted. He really went the extra mile and his experience and the deal he gave us made it all very easy. We went in the Thursday of Memorial Day weekend and were in need of multiple mattresses, box springs and frames. The catch... we needed next day delivery as it was for a vacation home. So I told the owner I would leave a review and I'm a man of my word. I waited about 2 weeks after purchase to ensure I liked the bed as well as the adjustable frame purchased. I have 0 regrets. Salesman always try to steer you towards certain products that bring them a high commission.. Even if this were the case its an excellent product. Brian was a huge help as we had developed a pot hole in our old bed and needed a bed asap. We had it delivered with in 2 days (and we purchased around 6 pm). Highly recommend.read more

I had looked online and visited a few mattress stores over the past few months, but was still undecided regarding the type of mattress I wanted. And, some of the salespeople seemed rather pushy. Since Mattress Experts reviews were so favorable, I decided to stop in yesterday. Brian greeted me and provided excellent information about various types of mattresses—without attempting to sell me a particular brand or anything out of my price-range. If I could give more than five stars I surely would! Customer service is second to none. My husband and I stopped in early this afternoon in search of a high quality mattress to replace the one we have in our camper. We were greeted at the door by Brian and his girlfriend. I explained that I have a bad back and needed a quality mattress for this reason. Both of them are such very friendly and helpful people who assisted us in picking a perfect and affordable mattress. I had broken a plastic foot for a bed frame purchased years ago from a company long out of business. I couldn't find a replacement online or any foot at all of the proper height. After noticing the store I stopped in with the faint hope that I could find something that I could use. I was so impressed with these guys! I went in just looking for an extra plastic mattress cover they might have laying around. They didn’t have one, so they pulled one off of a new mattress for me. Prior to stopping at their store, I stopped somewhere else and was told “I’d be happy to give you one if I had one” Not very helpful. Brian and his team were super friendly and very knowledgeable. This place is great if you need a mattress. The pricing and selection of mattresses is awesome and with same day delivery! Brian and Katherine with a K were great to work with! I can’t begin to thank Brian enough for his help. I called needing a bed for my Mom at an Assisted Living Center and he went out of his way to help me.
He is knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely helpful. They also have great prices!
